They thrive in moist environments and can pose a threat to respiratory health. - Mold Mites: Feed on mold and are often found on walls with water damage, indicating excess moisture. - Clover Mites: Feed on plants but can invade homes.
Signs of Infestation
Tiny black, white, or red dots moving on walls; musty odor (associated with mold mites); presence of mold or damp patches on walls; (for Clover Mites) large numbers appearing on sunny walls or windowsills.
What happens when you appoint us?
Our pest control consultant will conduct a thorough inspection of your property. We will assess the level of infestation and identify wall mite's species. Client will then be provided with a set of SOP for preparation before the treatment to ensure that the treatment is effective. After agreement on treatment plan, we will proceed with treatment. We provide one month warranty that covers any re-infestation within the said period with additional warranty package available.
- 1. Residual Spraying:
Applying acaricides (miticides) to affected walls and surfaces.
- 2. Moisture Control:
Addressing the underlying moisture issues by fixing leaks or improving ventilation.
- 3. Mold Remediation:
Cleaning and treating mold growth to eliminate the food source for mold mites.
